Execute the following steps to prepare SVG for Cricut Design:

• Convert all rectangles and other shapes to paths
• Extensions -> Modify Path -> Apply Transform
• Extensions -> Modify Path -> To Absolute

Cricut cuts layers in order by saturation and hue from lowest to highest.

• White, then black, then the rainbow
