Thai Peanut Wrap
Ingredients
- Wrap
- Shredded cabbage
- Shredded carrot
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Tofu
- Olive oil
- Thai peanut sauce
- Cilantro
Mix shredded cabbage, carrots, and optionally sesame seeds.
Press dry the tofu, slice down, and toss with some olive oil (1--2tbsp). Pan fry until golden, then stir in some peanut sauce and cook 3--5 minutes more.
Put some sauce directly on the wrap, then add tofu and vegetables. Sprinkle on cilantro.
Lightly pan fry the wrap.
