Crew

• Must have support vehicle, minimum 2 crew members
• Two roof-mounted amber flashing lights clearly visible from the back only
• "Slow-Moving Vehicle" triangle
• "Caution Bicycles Ahead" sign
• No RVs
• Leapfrog during day, follow at night
• No rolling handoffs

Lighting

• Minimum 1 watt red tail light
• Minimum 2.5 watt white headlight
• Reflective tape on fork, rear triangle, cranks, and either rear of pedals or heels of shoes
• All lights must be solid, not flashing
• Must wear reflective gear and or a reflective vest at night
