Friday
Drive to N Conway morning & afternoon
Dinner etc in N Conway
Check-in at Pinkham Notch Visitor's Center and pack bags
Hike up Tuckerman Ravine Trail (fireroad/snow-cat track) to Hermit Lake (1--2hr)
Camp in Hermit Lake shelter
Saturday & Sunday
Weather contingent goal is summit of Mt Washington via Lion Head Winter Trail and return via same
Backup option is snowshoeing down Raymond Path then across Old Jackson Rd trail to Pinkham Notch VC and then back up Tuckerman Ravine Trail
If summit is reached Saturday and conditions remain good it's possible we would attempt summit & return via Boott Spur Tr as well
Camp at Hermit Lake
Monday
Hike down Tuckerman Ravine Trail to Visitor Center early
Shower, eat
Drive to Boston by 1300 for Subhash's flight at 1500
Drive to Philadelphia
