Minor burning in right top shin about halfway through, but went away. No other knee problems at all (patella band on right knee). PB sandwich and OJ about an hour before. Two sticks of Shot Bloks, Banana, 1.25l water, 10oz Coke during. Water and Coke good to about 3.5hr. Definitely could use more (pack takes 1.5l when full), running out helped induce dramatic slowing in what wound up being last hour---belt flasks or something for hotter weather (about 50 degrees today) would be useful for more energy drinks.3810
