Definite soreness later in the day, mostly in the right, but possibly exacerbated by sitting on computer remainder of day. Could not do squats right afterward, lots of pain in lower range of motion.

Decent form throughout, not sloppy even when slow. Standard breakfast @ 8am, run at ~11:30; should have run closer for better food energy. Two sticks of Clif Blocks and banana during run, 1.5l of ice water. 95 degree absolute, 100 feel with humidity throughout---very hot. Could have easily used another 16oz fluid. 6hrs sleep.
